candlelight to celebrate the season!

Autumn Fires
by Robert Louis Stevenson

In the other gardens
and all up the vale,
From the autumn bonfires
see the smoke trail!

Pleasant summer over
and all the summer flowers,
The red fire blazes,
the gray smoke towers.

Sing a song of seasons!
Something bright in all!
Flowers in the summer,
Fires in the fall!

  1. Okay, so I love that hat! LOVE IT! I gotta find one! Not that it gets cold enough in south Georgia, as it is 79 degrees here today!

Stopped by to update my following of your blog with my new profile! Didn't want to miss anything!
