Binky has been saving money for a Star Wars Lego set he has been wanting for some time. So we got out all his savings and counted and rolled all the coins. We talked about using different coins to make the same amount of change. We counted by 5s, 10s and by 25s. I showed him which coins are equal to a dollar. I love hearing him talk about saving his money for something he really wants!
Awesome! I think that is the same lego set my 5 year old is eyeing...he just recently discovered Star Wars a few weeks ago.
